The Nepal Project
Behind every success on the spectacular slopes of the Himalayas lies a precious secret: the Sherpas. Without them, the true guardians of the high altitudes, Everest would not only be an unreachable destination but also an unattainable dream.
Since 2023, the "At the edge of the world" project has expanded to Nepal, an expedition to the foothills of the world's highest peaks to provide this community with the means to reach a better future. Sherpas are known for their incredible physical endurance; Nepalese guides and porters typically walk 8-10 hours a day, carrying loads of up to 90kg to set up base camps. The footwear they wear is often inadequate and a cause of even severe injuries. Hence, our contribution can become a true "Game Changer" for a population that builds its future on its own legs.
